How to Return Faulty Items
You have the right to return a faulty item within 30 days of the original order date. Please ensure you keep all delivery bills and information that accompanies your purchases, as this will be needed in case of a fault. In the unlikely event that your item is faulty, please ’Contact Us’ with a brief description of the fault and then follow our ’How to return your purchases’ script. How to return items damages in transit
If you receive any purchases from nano-machinery.com and the content has been damaged in transit, you can return your purchase(s) to us within 30 days of the original order date for exchange providing relevant insurance surcharge was paid for orders over ß1,500. Please ’Contact Us’ with a brief description of the damage to your product and then follow our ’How to return your purchases’ script. Please also include the original (damaged) package or a photo of the damaged package for insurance claims. Nano-machinery will exchange your purchase(s) as soon as the original products are received by us.
Incorrect Items delivered
In the unlikely event that you happen to receive items that are incorrect or in addition to your order please notify Nano-machinery immediately via our ’Feedback Form’ on our ’Contact Us’ page. If the item(s) are incorrect please follow the ’How to return your purchases’ section for detail of how to return the items to us. If you have an additional item in your order that you have not paid for again contact us and follow the return procedure. As soon as we receive the original items we shall refund the postage to send this back to us and send the correct items to you immediately. Please include a copy of the receipt of delivery costs with when returning the package to help us refund you sooner.
What if I don’t receive my order?
If you do not receive you order after one week of the estimated delivery time, please contact Nano-machinery via our ’Feedback Form’. Please include your original order reference and your name and email address. We will endeavor to find the reason for the delay and reply with details within 48 hours.
Please Note: If the item has been confirmed to have been lost in transit (by the delivery company involved) we will refund the full amount up to ß1,500. For orders above this value we will refund only providing the relevant insurance surcharge has been paid.
What if my order is incomplete?
If an order arrives incomplete then simply contact nano-machinery immediately through our web site stating the items that are missing from your order along with your name, email address and original order number. Sometimes it is necessary for orders to be delivered seperately thus meaning that some items are received at different times. Once we have received your notification we shall find out the reasons for this and let you know as soon as we can. In the unlikely event that items have not been sent we will endevour to dispatch these immediately.
Cancelling an Order before items are dispatched
If you’ve accidentally placed an order or just changed your mind, don’t worry. You can cancel or amend any order by contacting us before we start to process it:
