The NEW
Pocket salt-meter, PAL-ES2, PAL-ES3 have been designed with a unique
|

|
funnel-shaped sensor section. The salt% can be measured with a small
amount of
|
|
|
sample (approx. 0.3 ml). Samples such as diluted solutions of
soy sauce, ketchup,
|
|
|
soup, etc. can be measured.
|
|
|
The unit of PAL-ES2 is g/100g. The Unit of PAL-ES3 is in
g/100ml as in the Mohr’s method.

Principle
of Measurement
|

The
detective principle of the conductivity method, which detects electrolyte and
|
|
|
Converts
to NaCl concentration. Conductivity method have
advantages than the
|
|
|
Mohr’s
method.(1) No special tools (Chemical solution,
pipettes, etc.) are needed.
