The Solaris Multigas Detector is available with rechargeable lithium ion or alkaline battery
packs. The rechargeable lithium ion battery version offers 14+ hours of continuous
operation and fully recharges in less than four hours. The alkaline battery version operates
for 12+ hours using three AA batteries within easy-access housing. ÿ
The Solaris FX Multigas Detector is ideal for chemical and petrochemical applications. Its
improved LEL sensor has faster response and release times for toluene, xylene and other
aromatic hydrocarbons. MSHA-Approved methane-calibrated Solaris Multigas Detectors
are the right choice for mining applications.
