ÿÿÿÿ of the GO/ +/-NG judgement result against the peak values set. Substitute for											ÿ
ÿÿÿÿ the mechanical/electrical contact, the judgement is carried out by calculating the											ÿ
ÿÿÿÿ measurement data obtained. This provides high reliability with no deterioration											ÿ
ÿÿÿÿ of the contact point and volume adjustment.											ÿ
©ÿÿÿÿÿÿ Employing the absolute linear encoder, the Signal IDC always displays the spindle											ÿ
ÿÿÿÿ “Absolute Position” from the origin at power-on. Also unlimited response speed											ÿ
