Description:

|
|
The
PPH-1 is a pH controller designed for cooling tower circuits. It utilizes a
sensor to measure the level
|
|
|
of pH, when a certain level of pH is
reached the controller will trigger dosing cycles.
|
|
|
|
|
|
The
dosing cycle can operate in three ways. The first operates by cycling on/off
timers, this is khown
|
|
|
as normal. The second operates in a
proportional manner, dosing towards the set point at a reduced
|
|
|
rate. This avoids over dosing. The
third is known as adaptive proportional capacity to learn from the
|
|
|
behavior of the system and
adjust its on and off by an algorithm programmed into the instrument.
|
|
|
|
|
|
The
pH controller also features an alarm and 4-20 mA
output.
