The unique action of the Stomacher uses paddles to homogenize samples through a combination
of crushing and stirring forces. Gamma-irradiated sterile disposable bags(order separately) allow
you to homogenize and transport samples without changing containers or handling sterile samples.
Stomacher 80 Biomaster is the smallest paddle blender on the market – it can fit into safety
cabinets to reduce your exposure to hazardous materials. Three time settings plus continuous cycle
help processes sample volumes from 5 to 80 ml. Install the optional door upgrade kit and process
micro sample volumes as small as 250 μl; also allows you to adjust paddle speed, pressure, and
processing time – right from the door – useful when processing tissue and other samples without
diluents or solvents.
