This will free up the users hands for safer and more accurate layout marks.
The tool is designed to establish and mark a centerline at any angle around the circumference
(inside or outside) on a pipe or tank. Use it as a protractor level, or remove and use the hardened
center punch for other marking jobs. The vial in the 360๐ dial is easy to repair. The 2-1/2๐ increments
are now replaceable on the main body for lasting service. This tool is a must for the welder or
fitter's toolbox.
